📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food for daily operations.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist in the preparation of food ingredients and utensils.,Follow and implement food safety and sanitation procedures.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Assist in the preparation of daily and special menus.,Assist in the maintenance of the kitchen and its equipment.,Assist in the inventory management of food ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well under supervision.
