📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Process and manage insurance claims using our in-house software.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and claims.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare regulations and insurance policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, insurance claims, or customer service.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims processing and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
