📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process daily payments and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Generate and maintain financial reports using QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide support to the finance team during audits and inspections.
• Maintain and update financial databases and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations or a related role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
