As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and safety on the road.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, ordering parts and services as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Track and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.,Handle fleet-related administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
