📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, budget forecasts, and performance metrics, to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
