📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the remote team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Bali.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
