📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to monitor progress and address any issues.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Bali market and its sales dynamics is a plus.
