Agung Sari Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our team. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position located in Gorontalo, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests at the reception area,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the cafe and its services,Manage the reservation system and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Assist with guest complaints and resolve issues promptly,Coordinate with the front office team to ensure smooth operations,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of Indonesian language,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software,Familiarity with customer service principles and practices,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
