In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and dismantling booths for various events, managing inventory, and ensuring that all materials are in place and ready for use. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to event attendees, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and dismantle booths for various events, ensuring all materials are in place and ready for use.
• Manage inventory, including stocking, restocking, and monitoring stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, answering questions and resolving any issues.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth execution of activation events.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional activities and events.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that booths are stocked with the right products.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the setup and dismantling of booths.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, event management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with event planning tools such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
