Glow Shine Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Perform other duties as assigned by the senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
