📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent the brand at events, promotions, and trade shows to create a positive brand image.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.,Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to improve product offerings.,Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns and initiatives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
