📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a similar capacity.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
