As an E-Commerce Operational Support Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring that our online platforms run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to manage inventory, process orders, and provide excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize overstocking or stockouts.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage promotions and discounts, ensuring accurate pricing and availability.
• Assist in data entry and maintenance of our e-commerce databases and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to find innovative solutions to operational challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
