📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the General Manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the GM.
• Support the GM in stakeholder management, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the GM and senior management.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
• Provide general support to the GM in various projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
