📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to engage with government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
• Coordinate meetings and events to foster stakeholder relationships and promote project objectives.
• Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation to support project activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management on stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder engagement efforts with overall project goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other stakeholder gatherings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in external relations, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
