As our High Voltage (HV) Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of high-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to maintain and optimize high-voltage systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that all team members are trained and certified to handle high-voltage equipment safely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of high-voltage systems, including maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as IEEE and NEC.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols for high-voltage systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure that all team members are trained and certified in high-voltage safety and equipment handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of high-voltage systems with other data center infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-voltage operations and maintenance.
• Certifications in high-voltage safety, such as IEEE 142, IEEE 1584, and NEC.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage equipment and systems, including transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.
• Proficient in using high-voltage testing and measurement tools, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and partial discharge detectors.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational procedures and protocols for high-voltage systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
