📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medical treatments and therapies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Assist in the organization and management of the nursing unit, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Active nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
