📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.,Monitor sales performance and report to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Experience with POS systems is a plus.
