GLEAM Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing financial reports to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record in managing financial operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other employee payments.,Supervise and train junior bookkeepers and support staff in financial operations.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify and correct any discrepancies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll software and processes.
