📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor beach areas to ensure the safety of swimmers and other beachgoers.
• Provide first aid and emergency response services as needed.
• Enforce beach safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in the organization and execution of beach events and activities.
• Work with the team to maintain and improve beach safety infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety measures.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and guests.
• Participate in team meetings and safety training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lifeguard or similar role.
• Valid certification as a Lifeguard or equivalent (e.g., Red Cross Lifeguard, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with beach safety regulations and guidelines.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
