📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address quality issues.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Experience in leading and motivating a team is a plus.
