📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine recruitment needs and job specifications.,Source, attract, and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Prepare job descriptions and postings to attract the right candidates.,Maintain a database of candidates for future hiring needs.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
