📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, table service, and bar service.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Manage the restaurant's staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.,Monitor and control the restaurant's budget and expenses.,Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Experience in managing a team and overseeing day-to-day operations.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, table service, and bar service.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
