📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to clients to help them make informed decisions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the Industrial Safety or Abrasives sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial safety products and abrasives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
