📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Manage and train cleaning staff to maintain a high level of service.
  • Organize and maintain cleaning schedules and inventory.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any cleaning-related issues.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper or similar role.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and protocols.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
