📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
