📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily store operations, including inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure that all team members are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Supervisor.
• Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Support the Store Supervisor in organizing and executing store promotions and events.
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in training new staff members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
