📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate full packet wedding events, including venue selection, vendor management, and event execution.
• Develop and present wedding packages that meet client needs and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Oversee event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure it is realized.
• Attend and participate in wedding shows and industry events to stay updated on trends and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay organized and meet deadlines to ensure smooth event execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wedding planning or event coordination.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
