📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth project execution
• Manage a team of 5-7 staff members, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement operational plans and strategies
• Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, donors, and partners
• Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NGO or non-profit operations management
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
