📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize trade reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and timely settlement of transactions
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trade services, risk management, and client relations, to ensure smooth and efficient settlement processes
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software, such as Tradeweb, Bloomberg, and SAP, to monitor and manage trade reconciliation activities
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their settlement needs are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in trade reconciliation and settlement
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in banking and financial services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade reconciliation, settlement, or a related role in the banking and financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of trade reconciliation processes, including MT103, MT799, and SWIFT messaging
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, such as Tradeweb, Bloomberg, and SAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Certification in trade reconciliation or a related field is a plus
