📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research and customer interactions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the electronics market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
